What is your favorite? I think limes have the best taste, and just aren't as sour. I like them more, even though a good lemonade will fit me fine on a hot summer day.

As far as nutrition, I read that limes offer more nutrients than lemons. Not sure of the accuracy of this statement, but all the more reason to go for limes.

I know there are some side effects from drinking too much lime juice, which I sometimes think that I may be at risk for, as much limeade I will drink sometimes. Nothing serious I hope?

Lime and alcohol mix very well, I don't blame you. Lime mixes well with a lot of things, come to think of it. Tortilla chips, alcohol, most mexican food, and many kinds juice.

The only thing lemon has that lime doesn't as far as popularity is that it is served with tea, while lime isn't.

Never thought of putting orange juice in cooking.

I am a lemon person too - I don't use it as much as I should do I suppose :(

What do you perfer lemon in over lime? I personally can't see much help in mexican food by replacing limes with lemons- it is just a classic. So what would you use it for?

I drink a lot of lemon water at work, to help flavor the water. Helps me stay soda-free. Never tried lime water...hmm...

i am a fan of both of them, but if i am supposed to choose between them i surely go for the lemons. Maybe because my mom was also a huge fan of it, and this is what i have eaten when i was a child:D.
Anyway both of them are healthy, so do not worry.
