 Post subject: Morning troubles

In the morning, I often find it hard to eat. What would be a good solution for this? I can actually feel my stomach hurting from not eating, and I want to eat, but I just don't feel hungry.

If I wait it out, I will already be in school and hungry. I find that if I just think about eating for a few minutes, even when I'm not hungry, I can get hungry enough to eat in most cases.

Any solution?

i, too, am never hungry in the morning ... the first thing i do is i grab a cracker or a cookie (i indulge in an oreo on occasion) ... by starting my body to think about "food", i'll be hungry by the time i'm showered and ready to leave ... by then i'll grab a cup of yogurt or some leftovers from dinner or an apple ... i'm not a three meals a day type of person ... for me, it's more like six ...

I think drinking warm water as soon as you get up will clean your system and make you feel hungry before to step out of home.

I have hot water with lemon when I get up as I am never that hungry first thing so I give my self about an hour before I have something else like fruit or toast :)
