Hey mates, it happens to me and this quite often, that i skip some meals, and then the easiest solution for me is to give a phone call and order a pizza; I wonder does this have negative effects on my body? The pizza is the usual prepared one by fast food companies, nothing special. Any ideas ? Do you usually order pizza?

I was like you but when i gained about 20kgs over my usual weight i gave up.If you order it so often then you`ll probably gain so much unwanted weight and i can assure you that you dont like it.

bad, the dough is full of low quality carbs and the cheap cheese they use is nothing but fat.

Make you own with whole wheat pita and low fat cheese. Add lean meat and veggie you have will have some nice homemade pizza

one of the quickest solutions i've come up with is to buy a bag of wheat dinner rolls still in frozen dough balls ... when you're hungry, or plan on having a busy day, take a couple dough balls out, put them in the fridge to defrost, and when you get home, flour them (whole wheat, of course, MUCH healthier) and you can just press them out with your fingers ... throw on some sauce which you can have a jar of in the fridge, put on some cheese, meats, and veggies, and bake in the oven until brown and the cheese starts to bubble ... i think i use about 350 degrees, whatever that calculates into ... it takes about the same time to have a pizza delivered, and it's way healthier ...

If you are eatting pizzas daily it is bad for you health. If you eat it ones a fortnight it will be okay.Excess of every thing is bad and may result in adverse effect towards your body.To we should avoid junk food.

Yes, fitness freak is right. Pizza is not a food you should over do. It can be okay in moderation, but having it daily is not good for your health.
