My point of view concerning smoking is the same as all...You should quit smoking.The best way is to never start smoking and you will not get into the habit of smoking.Especially if you run and do a lot of gym work it will degrade your lungs and the chance of cancer will increase.The experts say that if you smoke a cigarette it reduces 8 min of your life.

well even i do feel the same about smoking. i used to smoke a lot. 2-3 boxes a day. but one fine day i woke up and found that ma whole mouth was stinking like an ashtray and i felt disgusting and so that prompt moment i decided to quit and i did it and seriously my health improved
