Serve yourself some time and some key nutrients by not peeling eggplant, apples, potatoes, and other produce before using. The peel itself is a natural barrier against nutrient loss and many vitamins and minerals are found in the outer skin or just below it.

Zucchini?s is full of lutein, which may help prevent age ? related macular degeneration, for example (remove dirt and pathogens with cold, running water)

Ya, all the fruits or the vegetables you eat should be properly washed and cleaned before eating and they should also be properly peelled off.

wrong again ... if you ACTUALLY read the post above, which is very valid, peeling off the skins removes a concentration of nutrients ... proper cleaning is a given, but not always removing the skins or peels is the way to go ...

i think the fruits should not be peeled off because it takes all the proteins and nutrients with it.
