What is your favourite ??

mine is Lucozade Hydro Active Citrus Fruits

Aimed at 'improving water', particularly the taste, most of our team would prefer nature's alternative; describing it as "powdery" and like a "dissolved tablet". At roughly a third of the calories and carbs, and no worse for flavour, some may just give this the edge over the Sport version.

i stick to plain and simple water ...

after i run, i usually pick up a box (like you put in your kid's lunchboxes) of apple juice ... i need the sugar kick because my blood sugars are WAY sensitive ... i probably have four dozen juice boxes in my workout locker right now ...

I drink plain water and fresh orange juice. I some how feel drinking other bottled juices are really no good for health as they contain preservatives (though they say no added preservative) and artificial colors. If I don?t get any thing to drink then I drink fresh lemon juice with honey.

if it's pure juice as is listed in the contents with no added sugars or colors or preservatives, they're just fine ...

~I tried one of those lucazade drinks and they were delish - I really liked it :) I was surprised actually - but it was refreshing

But I do think I will stick to water as that is the only thing that will clench my thirst

I go for the gatorade when I am incredibly out of breath for a long period of time, and on the verge of being very dehydrated. Otherwise, I tend to stick to water or aquafina flavor splash brands of waters.

I tried lipton bottled tea for awhile to mix things up, but stopped because tea isn't really all too good for you.

i would go for simple water, milk or apple juice.
They are enough for my body's requirements, and i guess they are pretty healthy. You can also try them, seems to me they will be more efficient that your" Lucozade Hydro Active Citrus Fruits "

not all ... it depends on what you go for ... some have sugars ... some have sugar substitutes ... some are just vitamin and mineral enriched waters ... some are all natural juice-flavored water ...
