Though sugar is a good supplier of energy ? carbohydrates ? but has no nutritive value. In other hand jaggery to some extends does have a little nutritive value.

As always, keep sugar to a minimum consumption. It's alright to consume in moderation.

Jaggery can help a lot.It has essential iron for your body and increase haemoglobin of the body.It is also good for diggestion and purifies the blood.We can always take jaggery in milk instead of sugar.It has helped me a lot.
