How can sugary cereals like Frosted Flakes boast such nutritious values, when they are almost literally composed of sugar?

I don't eat Frost Flakes anymore, after I realized the box is selling you the good points of the product, and not the bad. Or is cereal such as Frosted Flakes not as bad as I think?

they're not exactly BAD, but they're not exactly great ... there are a lot of healthier options out there ...

I am bad I do like my sugary cereals - :) but I don't have them every day - as I am still losing the weight and want to be in that bikini this year :)

It would be nice if the consumer was more aware of the nutrition values. Instead of having to look at the nutrition label, they would most likely see the statements that it is healthy first, and not even attempt to read the nutrition labels.

It is kind of deceptive advertising in a way. Not that cereal companies would ever get in trouble for it, since they do have the nutrition facts posted.

I am not a big fan of them - as I get head aches with too much sugar - and I won't let my kids have them so not worth having them in the house :)
