Yogurt tastes so delicious. But aside from its good taste it is also good to our health. It has live bacteria that contribute to colon health. It has live bacteria that have been proven to stimulate infection-fighting white cells in the bloodstream. This yummy yogurt is also rich in calcium and protein.

Yes my trainer asks me to include yogurt in my daily diet. Amul has introduced fruit flavored yogurt, which are very yummy.

Fruit flavored yogurt is a standard I thought? Anyways, I share the liking of yogurt with everyone else. I prefer mixed berry/mixed flavors. I always go with the cheap kind because they are just as good. It may seem childish, but the TRIX yogurt (yes the one with the rabbit) is some of the best yogurt I've tasted yet.

my daily diet also includes some ygurt; I am not in the favor of those different yogurt with a lot of flavors starting from chocolate and all kind of fruits but more in favor of the simple yogurt; I find it very healthy and it has a great calcium content, helping to strengthen the bones.
