raisins are bad. Read the label and you will find it is full of bad sugar that will get you fat. Yes FAT

raisins are usually dried/dehydrated grapes ... they still have all the nutritional values as eating the actual grape, just minus the liquids ...


Now i know the meaning of the word "raisin".If they are dried grapes they can be very useful for you.Especially it makes more blood cells when it come to grapes.

how is it bad sugar when it's natural sugar ... no different than strawberries or canteloupe or anything else ... SUGAR does NOT equal FAT ... do some research, please, read all my past posts where i've explained the differences ...

If you take sugar by natural ways like eating fruits you wont get any fat.It is recommended by whole world.If You dont eat them you get sick.
