Right nutrition can significantly enhance the mental and physical abilities of an individual.

Following are the benefits with the respective food.

1)Clarity of thought and mood up lifters:
Foods, rich in vitamin B6 such as bananas, pulses and brown rice.

2)Concentration and memory
Adequate sources of vitamin B12, which includes protein ? rich foods and dairy products such as milk, cheese, eggs, chicken and fish.

3)A healthy nervous system
When its literally a case of too many nerves, foods such as eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame and whole wheat can keep the nervous system calm.

The food you intake should be highly rich in nutrients and protiens because they help us in tonning your body. Fruits and green vegetables contain suffichient amount of nutrients.

almost ... protein helps build muscle, which aids in the toning of our bodies ... fruits and ALL vegetables provide various nutrients necessary for growth and health ... fat and carbohydrates are equally important, though ... carbohydrates are our energy source, which if they are the good carbs, the whole grains, etc., they will release energy all day to keep us going ... fat is necessary to process the nutrients coming from all the good stuff we eat ... stick to plant oils, if possible ... oil from animal products like butter and other dairy products aren't as healthy because they have lots of cholesterol ...
