Which is your favourite nut or seeds? What is best for you and worst for you ??

I love Cashew nuts and I have just really started to like Pumpkin seeds.

But I can't eat lots of them but I love a handful of them now and again :)

I like salted pistachios. Health wise I think best nuts are peanuts. My mom says eating a mix of peanuts and jaggery(un refined sugar) will solve anemic problem in women.

I eat nuts everyday. I like cashews, pistachios and sunflower seeds. I had to start eating nuts because I am a potato chip junky. So I replaced potato chips for nuts. Nuts are much better for me.

Sunflower seeds are a good source of vitamin E, as well as magnesium and selenium. Vitamin E supplementation has been shown to counteract the progression of oxidative stress that typically accompanies heart disease and other major illnesses. And forgot to mention just like many other nuts/seeds, they are a good source of fiber.

I am a huge fan of peanuts, and eat them as often as possible.Nuts get the second place, and sunflowers seeds the third one.
I think all of them have enough vitamins and seems a good source of fiber, and moreover you do not have to waste your time to prepare them .
Perfect for student life.
