Thanks for the advice Allie but i used to live like this for 10 years.It is very hard for me to change this but i`ll try to change it because it threatens my health.

Eating banana before workout can really help you.It will provide you energy and you will have a smooth workout.But eating it at other times can lead to increase in body carbohydrates.

well apart from instant energy cause of carbohydrate and all the minerals and vitamins it also is rich in fiber which helps keep the digestive system in an ok state. the fibers cleanses the digestive tract .
