I have tried different methods but none of them proved to be successfullyl i have to mention that i do a lot of sport.
So do you have any idea what can i do? Do not say eat a lot because i am already eating.

first off, make sure you're getting a balanced diet ... carbs, protein, and fats ... yes, 10% fat is necessary in a diet, by working out so much, you won't suffer any consequences, but the fats help your body absorb nutrients and keep your hair and such healthy and shiny and such ...

make sure you eat lots of proteins as well ... i'm assuming you want to gain weight in muscle, and protein will help you do that ...

Yes it is absolutely more than that but i`d like to mention that breakfast has a very important effect on gaining weight.Every meal is important but breakfast is the most important.

well it is true that i have the breakfast only once or twice per week, but what s the point with the breakfast? For example if i work in the night and after that wake up at 12 o clock, is it important to eat something light like a breakfast or to go directly from something cooked?
what makes the breakfast so beneficial ? the fact that is the first meal of the day or the fact that is taken in the morning?

eating once you've waken stimulates your body ... it starts your digestive system going, it wakes up your brain, and it pulls your body out of a blood sugar slump ... it's very similar to a diabetic low ... during sleep, your blood sugar gets really low, which makes your body very slow and lethargic, and sometimes, it's very difficult to function at 100% operating levels ... with eating breakfast, even something small, everyday, you'll notice increased energy levels in the morning, and high productivity ... because eating kick-starts your digestive system and wakes you up to be more productive, you'll have more energy to feel like working out ... use breakfast as an opportunity to throw some extra protein into your diet, which can't hurt you when wanting to gain weight ... i always suggest at least some form of carb, also, in the morning, because it will provide sustained energy throughout the day ...

Great explanation again.Let me give you an example. You have a car and you`ll go a long way to your work. You have to put fuel on it first to start the engine.True isnt it?
