i have never been able to go single mind over eating mushrooms. some say they are not good and are poisonous if big. and other day i read one or two articles telling mushrooms actually good for health. do clear me from the d illusion.

I think Mushrooms, like alot of things have pros and cons to them. I think if you eat them in moderation, they have benefits, but don't eat too many at once!
