I love Ryvita I will eat it instead of bread most of the time - do you think it is really that good ? as they say it is ??

what can you put on top as a nice healthy topping ?

And what is your favourite kind ?

Ryvitas are like crackers with loads of whole grain in them you can get some with lots of different flavouring too - like one has raisins, seeds and there are a few more but I can't think :(

They sell them in the states...

OOOOHHHHHHH I love it - I have it most lunch times as a different thing to soup - its lovely

Have you seen the bars ? they are ok not as nice as most but they are nice :)

I got these at the weekend they are ok, but aren't very filling - they are 61 calories a bar but they are ok

I like to have banana on mine

The bars aren't as nice as they look they have funny bits in and they get stuck in toyour teeth - so I don't like that. It is some kind nut - haven't worked it out yet

Boyfriend bought me some and they have pumpkin seeds in them that is what is probably getting stuck in your teeth :) it was ok actually not filling us up... though

I like the cranberry ones - they are better than the apple and sultana ones, I didn't even notice today that I hadn't eaten a snack..

That was the one I had it was ok, nothing special, I still love a really naughty tracker bar instead :)
