As a gate-keeper/journeyman/regional fighter, where he should have been his entire career if not from manipulations from a well placed promoter?

I think so!

It's about time, hopefully he gets KOed if he continues to fight for all of the real boxing fans enjoyment.

I don't know but I'm pretty sure SOMEHOW he will become the NUMBER one mandatory for WBA and will got another title shot because the titlies won't want to get stripped.
