What's everybody's favorite type of music here? Usually, I like to listen more to rock. Especially in the weight room...If heavy metal or anything alternative is on, I get pretty psyched up and pumped. I also do my fair share of listening to rap, and some R&B. How about you guys?

i love rock, like you especially in the weight room, but id have to say my next fav. is the blues, then rap, then country. i dont like alot of new country, im more into the classics, old hank williams, merle haggard, waylon jennings, etc. but id say 98% of the time im listening to rock.

Reggeaton does it for me is a Latin style of hip hop
