Are these good max-outs for me? I am 14 years old and weigh 107 pounds.

Benchpress - 105
Squat - 140

not by any means shabby ... more than i could lift when i started out ... especially for 14 and only 107 pounds ... keep it up, and with time and age, you'll be able to lift more ...

I am really trying to work a lot harder at it, I wish I wouldn't have messed around so much during the school year when I had access to my school gym, now I will need to join a gym.

Ah, I wouldn't worry on it so much...Summer vacation doesn't last long unfortunately, before you know it you'll be back in the weight room in no time....But yea, joining a gym over the summer wouldn't be such a bad idea either. How long have you been working out?
