Ah don't be too hard on yourself man, these things take time. Just gotta focus on what you could've of done better during your training. Besides, your gains have been pretty gradual since july. I'd be proud of myself if I were you. Just keep in mind tho at some point during your training, you will reach some sort of plateau. Everybody goes through that stage no matter what kind of person they are, I've even plateau'd quite a few times.

umm is this overtraining in pe we have to do

regular bench
dumbell bench
close grip bench
incline bench

all of that the same day?

whats the point of incline

I no close grip works alot of triceps too

You should be fine. The difference between db bench press and barbell bench press, is db bench press usually requires more stabilization. Positive thing is that you have a greater range of motion with dumbbells. While regular barbell bench press requires less stabilization, you can usually use more weight. Both exercises are effective.

And you already know close-grip bench press works the triceps, so your good there.

Incline bench press- Incline benchpress works the upper and middle regions of the chest. Other muscles worked are the deltoids.

And I know you didn't ask but...Decline db/bb bench press supposedly works the lower region of the chest also.
