My max bench is 150 lbs and I've been taking creatine for 3 weeks helped alot. That last post was cuz my coach told us we had to max out

My max squat is 215 lb

My max deadlift is 225 lb

My max curl is 95 lbs

I can now do 7 pull ups

and he added up our pound for pound thingy and i went from a 3.6 to a 4.3. He wanted us to meet a 4.0 so I'm pretty happy

Good on you man! :D

Your definately getting stronger. May I ask what type or brand of creatine you are using?

Oh and as far as supplements go, make sure you have a good multi-vitamin supplement on hand also.

yes sir, its definately ok to mix creatine with gatorade. I used to do the same thing a couple years ago, right after school I would buy a gatorade out of the vending machine and I would mix my creatine with it and go lift afterwards.

Depends on what kind of supplements they are. Although for the most part, most supplements are synergistic meaning most basic supplements can be taken at the same time. But just to be safe, what kind of supplements are we talking about here?

I wasn't sure yet what else take but

like whey protein and creatine?

I also found out that it's against IHSA(state rules for sports) rules to use creatine

It is safe to consume a whey protein shake and creatine at the same time. Although, you will benefit from creatine more if you consume it on an empty stomach. So I'd recommend maybe drinking a protein shake 1-2 hours before you take in your creatine, and then consume your creatine 30-45 minutes before a workout. Taking in creatine right after you consume something heavy like a protein shake will only diminish the effects of creatine.

And as for your state laws, you should probably check in with your coach and ask him about it just to make sure.

Ooh ok lol. Like i mentioned earlier, you can take most basic supplements together for the most part. Things like: creatine, multi-vitamin, bcaa's, fish oil, no2, flax seed oil, and the list goes on and on. But if you have a question about a specific kind of a supplement, any supplement, feel free to ask man. Thats why I am here. :)

No2 stands for Nitric Oxide. And no, this isn't the same as nitrous oxide that are used in cars lol. Nitric Oxide is a free form gas within the human body that is created by the breakdown of the amino acid L-Arginine. Basically, no2 provides more blood circulation throughout the body. The more blood flow to your muscles, the more nutrients are delivered to your muscles. The more nutrients that are delivered, the faster your muscles will recover. And rest assure, this is not a steroid, its safe and its a totally legit dietary supplement.

Here's an article that I wrote about L-Arginine:
