Are you squatting alone or with a partner? Where did you learn your squat form, and are you fully comfortable with it?

I advise you to get rid of those wraps unless you have preexisting knee problems, and don't use any wraps, bench shirts, straps, belts, etc yet. Your numbers need to come up by hundreds of pounds before any of those pieces of 'equipment' will have any benefit to you. Your knees being more stabilized may may may help a tiny bit, but if you're squatting 3's on a weight less than 200lbs, pretty much regardless of what you weigh, you just need more time in the squat cage.

What is your squatting routine like (not your entire training routine, just anything pertaining to legs. Give me workouts, frequency, weights, reps/sets, etc). Also, how long have you been training squats?

Proper safety gagets must be used at the time of power lifting, as it helps us to maintain a proper nervous circle in our body, and chances of injurie decreases to large extent.
