 Post subject: How long should your weightlifting sessions be?

hi .. i need professional body builders support.anybody know how much hour should workout per day ?

As far as things I have read and my own personal experience the body and muscles respond really well to a maximum of 1hr of major weight lifting/training. Anything over begins to build lactic acid and the muscles and does more damage than good.

Always do enough for a specific muscle group so that 2 days after the workout you have a "dull ache" in those muscles that were trained. This will ensure you have had a quality workout that will encourage muscle growth.

Not to raid on ya or anything, but soreness doesn't always equal results. ;)
