How many of you like to swim laps daily? I never used to, until vacation last year, when I felt it was really helping my upper body strength. It's a nice way to start the morning. Anyone have any lap advice?

Swimming is a great exercise. Never really counted how many laps I've done in a pool, but sometimes me and a group of friends will go off to the lake and have swim workouts. And usually try to challenge ourselves by swimming one island to the next. A little dangerous lol.

Swimming is the best exercise, promotes blood circulation throughout your body and makes the heart pump the blood faster than usual. Never count on how many laps you make, keep swimming , until you get tired.
