you have any idea what good exercises can be for a soccer player?
i do not mean the general exercise which are doing at every sport, streching and runnin but some exercises that can help ypu build your foot's muscles.

yes i do agree with this too. strecthing legs and running will be the best part of exercise for any soccer player.

yess sadly it is true, it is really the only thing a soccer player uses is his leg muscels. so you need to run for good endurance.

There are all sorts of things you can do to improve one's performance within the soccer field. We all know that soccer involves a lot of running already, and doing sprinting drills would also be beneficial. Also, you can do endurance style weightlifting with exercises that work the body as a whole. Exercises like power cleans and squats would be on that top list.
