Best supplement for a normal guy who weights about 85kg and lifts about 100-110kg at bench press? I`m struggling to lift 110 and higher so please do give me a an advice.

Thanks in advance.

First thing's first...Whats your current diet and training routine like? Alot of people get misguided thinking that supplements are the sole answers to getting bigger and stronger...They do provide some aid throughout your training, but you also got to make sure your training routine and diet are in check for the supplements to work at their maximum potential.

Anyway, if you can provide a brief but detailed example of your current lifting routine...Maybe we can make some adjustments first, and then worry about supplements later. Because even the smallest change to your workout can sometimes result with bigger gains later down the road.

Thanks for the reply.

My training routine :

Bench press in every two days and three times in a week.
Currently i`m having problems with one of my legs so i`m not woking for it now. Before that injury i was woking 2 or 3 times for my legs in a week.

For another two days i run on track to get rid of overweight.

For diet: i`m not on a diet but i`ve gained to much weight so i`m considering to have a diet in next days or so.

I really want to get pass that 100-110 kg barrier.

Okay, thats a start....But I might need just a little bit more info about your upper body workout routine...

So a few more questions:

-How many sets of bench press do you perform per workout session, and how many repetitions per set?

-Other than barbell bench press, are there any other exercises you perform during your upper body workout sessions?

-Do you use your own weights at home, or do you have access to a gym?

I apologize for all the questions, its just that I need a little bit more detailed info with your current workout routine.

Is that the same rep scheme with every single workout session?

Also, if you have an adjustable bench...Try doing a different variation of bench like incline and decline. By doing so, you'll be working different parts of the chest and thus you'll be able to increase your strength. Because once your body gets used to the same movements after so long, you'll start to plateau and you will find it difficult to make new gains. My point is, change up your workout routine by doing other exercises every so often. I myself change up my routine like once a month.
