Daily supplements of folic acid could improve the memory and brainpower of elderly people. Both folic acid and vitamin B12 are essential for good health and good levels of both can be achieved by eating a healthy, well balanced diet.

Green vegetables are rich in folic acid, while vitamin B12 is found in foods such as eggs and meat.

My wife is taking vitamins rich in folic acid. This is really good for brain memory and brain development of my baby in her womb. I did not know that green vegetables are rich in folic acid. Starting today, I'll cook green leafy vegetables for her.
