I was wondering if anybody has ever had any experience with this type of protein? I bought this and some creatine yesterday to help me out, but I have no prior knowledge of Nitro-Tech. The guy at GNC said this is one of the best protein supplements out, and that it is much better than Whey Protein. But, as I said, I have no prior knowledge of this what so ever.

Hehe, I bet you paid a pretty penny for that muscle-tech product of yours? No biggie, we all go through the noob supplement phase. No offense on that. For the price you paid, you could of bought a more high quality and cheaper protein supplement. My advice for you is to order online next time.

As far as nitro-tech goes, its a decent product. Its just expensive, thats all.

Yeah, I really did, it kind of sucks! What would you recommend buying, but in stores?

How well does the Nitro-Tech work? Like, should I drink a few cups of it throughout the day?

Any product you buy from a supplement shop will be pricy. Thats why I recommend you order online.

Its not how "nitro-tech" works or not. Its a matter of quality. Like I said before, its a decent product. Just expensive. Pretty much any whey protein supplement will do. Myself, I use EAS 100% Whey Protein. I usually drink about 2-3 shakes a day. One in the morning, one post-workout, and one at night. Also, you should not depend on a protein supplement as your primary protein source. Whole foods should be the main source.

Muscle-tech products are a waste of time and money.
