I've posted my diet and my training regime on earlier posts and both of which have been cleared as being good!

My next post is to ask for help on choosing a supplement to help the process of building muscle along a little quicker.

I am not expecting 10lbs of muscle in a month or anything, just a little more help.

Creatine, Nitric Oxide, testosterone boosters....

I honeslty wouldn't waste a dime yet if your posts are accurate. It sounds like your diet and exercise are still in need of a good deal of tweaking, and it is very important to understand that supplements are a COMPLETE waste of money unless you have your diet and training completely dialed in.

Before you start with your new diet or rush out and buy your new vitamin supplements, you should always check with your doctor first to see if he has any recommendations. You should also tell him what type of exercise you are planning on doing, and see if there are any complications with your health.

Also, If you exercise on a regular basis, and take the right supplements and vitamins with your diet, you?ll notice that you have more energy and you feel better than you ever have in your life.

Best thing for bulking is just to get the basics right as far as supplementation goes. So, multi-vitamin, whey protein and fish oils would be staples. Creatine isn't really required as you will probably get a good pump from the extra carbs/cals and the training.

Anthony, just to add to your post, the 'feel good' boost people notice is exclusively from teh training, not from supplements. The only way a supplement will help you feel good is if it's a vitamin which is correcting a deficiency you had, not just taking extra vitamins.

Rob, the best thing for bulking is definitely NOT to get the basics right as far as supplementation goes. Supplements are relatively useless. For a new person in this game, there are 3 hugely important factors, none of which are supplements. They are proper training, proper diet, and proper rest. Until these 3 are implemented properly and effectively, and results are being seen, a trainee doesn't even know WHAT he needs to supplement with!
