Woooo, theres a ton of creatine products out there. Alot of good and alot of bad. You should look into a product called cellmass. Its made by bsn. Great company, but some products of theirs can tend to be a little pricey.

I've heard decent things about cellmass, but recommend you start with pure creatine monohydrate. Most people find this to work as well as any of the overpriced products on the market.

All creatine supplements are not the same. Quality is essential when it comes to creatine. If you wanna buy some product,I recommend sticking with products that use creatine without any other ingredients or additives. Pay close attention to the product labels to see what's inside.

that's a senseless recommendation based on nothing scientific, probably just your opinion based on someting you heard.

Creatine mixed with dextrose is almost always a superior product to creatine alone. Also, whether or not there are other ingredients present, you would only deal with companies whose purity you trusted, i mean wouldn't you? Are you buying shady supplements?

Creatine is one of the most popular supplement for building muscle and gaining strength. You can use phosphagen elite which is a fourth generation product of advanced creatine that actually helps creatine work better in the muscle.
