I am currently taking an herbal food supplement. This was recommended by a dietician to me. This food supplement is especially designed for men to increase our endurance. But I am planning also to take this food supplement that helps to prevent diabetes. I suspect I may have diabetes because I urinate a lot. Is it okay to take these supplements at the same time?

why take a supplement to prevent diabetes if you already have it??? regardless of whether it's type 1 or type 2, i recommend scheduling a doctor's appointment, NOW ... diabetes isn't something you fool around with not diagnosing ... if it goes undetected, undiagnosed, and untreated, it can lead to kidney and liver problems, stomach problems, thyroid problems, hair loss, energy loss, and so much more ... a lot of the damage is irreversible ...

TYPE 1: insulin dependent, or juvenile onset diabetes, although can come later in life, is when the pancreas shuts down and produces either too little or no insulin at all ...

TYPE 2: non-insulin dependent, or adult onset diabetes ... the pancreas creates insulin inadequately, either too much or too little, but often too much, simply because the cells resist it ... those cells are fat and muscle cells ...

regardless, it's a serious ailment to be diagnosed immediately to be treated immediately ...

some of the symptoms of diabetes include:
being thirsty
urinating excessively
weight loss for no reason
fatigue
nausea/vomiting
infections
blurred vision
lethargic
and eventually a coma ...

I think you have a good point there montana. I am now having second thoughts on taking these food supplements even if it's recommended by a dietitian. I'll visit a doctor soon. Thanks.

But that was getting rid of stored fat or something it was a couple of years ago :(
