10-20lbs of pure muscle in one year is possible, but it's definitely going to take alot of hard work and determination. How much do you weigh right now, and how much lifting experience do you have? Also, if you're wanting to bulk up some...It'll be tough gaining weight while running track everyday. As a former track athlete, it was a difficult feat for me trying to be able to maintain my muscle mass while running everyday. Also, don't depend entirely on supplements to achieve your goals...Your diet, and your training routine will determine your success. If you're still wanting to look into some supplements, any basic creatine, multi-vitamin, and protein supplement will be something to start with. But remember, if your diet isn't in check...The supplements you use will not work to their maximum potential.

Look man, if it's anything that's going to really help you get what you want...It's going to all lie in your diet, and your weight lifting program. Make sure you're getting all the nutrients and resting correctly on a day to day basis. Because if you're not getting enough nutrients and rest that your body needs, you're not going to grow. Supplements alone aren't going to get what you want. If you really want to look into some supplements like GNK mentioned...Look into some creatine and a multi. Other than that, I wouldn't waste my money on anything else.

First off like someone above posted.... when running and doing the amount of cardio you do.. it's going to be extremely hard to gain the weight you want.

The main key points obviously (at least to me) is when lifting use a maximum amount of weight than you can lift a max of 6-8 times but no more than 10 reps. If you are lifting any weight that you can lift 10 or more reps than you aren't using enough weight if bulking is what you are looking for.

As far as suppliments go, I can't really comment here. I have tried several brands and several products from creatine to protein powders with progress; However, with suppliments such as creatine you really have to continue the suppliments or you lose all of which you worked for which I don't like.

Celltech Hardcore and Nitrotech I have tried both and took both at the same time.
I can tell you that they did show a significant improvement but again once you stop you lose all of it and they are both very expensive. Another thing I did not like about the celltech hardcore is the amount of sugar in the containers. I think it's definitely a good idea to measure a product by the amount of sugar in it. The less sugar the better.

I hope this helped.
I am not a professional trainer the above is simply my personal experience.

lol yea, right when I first started using supplements, I jumped right into the muscletech scene. They are decent products, just hella expensive.
