Gnc has a bad reputation for selling products waayyyy over priced. Although, gnc has their positive points as well...If you need a supplement right away on hand and can't wait for a couple days ordering online, they are always right around the corner. And there's a ton of online stores out there like bodybuilding.com. Here's a link:

http://bodybuilding.com/store/index.html

You can ask me for more links if you like, or just google it.

I've made good gains but I haven't noticed my arm or anything getting bigger

So do you no any supplements that will help out more.

Is there a steriod that I don't gotta use a needle for????

Yes, there are, but being illegal, I don't think people will be helping you with that. Plus, oral only cycles are crap anyways. There are prohormones available online still, but you gotta figure that out on your own 8)

Have you heard good things about No-Xplod???

ok i wanna get some more creatine^^^^^^

Then I also was wondering if whey protein will help build muscle not just gain weight?????

Noxplode will help you gain some strength, but if you're looking for size, you don't need it. It will make you a little stronger, but it's a stimulant, so it's also making you burn more calories.

And yes, a good whey protein supplement will also contribute to muscle growth. It won't make you gain 30lbs in the first month, but it does help to have a good protein supplement on hand. Any whey protein supplement will do. If you are going to buy some, I highly recommend you to not buy from gnc. They are expensive. Order online instead, it'll save you a good couple bucks.

And as for creatine....There's a ton of products out there. If you want a good no2/creatine product, you should look into getting a Green Bulge/White Blood stack. Great products from my experience. Here are a couple links where you can find them:

Anyways man, I hope this helps! As always, feel free to what ever questions you may have!

:D

Whey protein won't necessarily contribute to muscle growth - he needs to have a surplus of calories.

As far as GNC being overpriced, you can get 12lbs of whey protein for like $66, and you get 20% off if you use a gold card discount. The online sites are cheaper, but if you're gonna go online, make sure you buy name brand only stuff. Don't buy 'bulk' products unless you are positive the site has valid coa's (certificates of authenticity - as I'm sure you can imagine, there are tons of sites that sell bulk products that are from countries where, let's say, the codes of quality aren't what we expect here in the states. And, given the amounts of these powders one consumes, if they're contaminated (which does happen!), it's can be bad..)

I went out and got some thermo power rush pills and was wondering when I take them??

Could I take them like 10 mins before I start to lift or will it take longer

Do I gotta take them at the same time on the bottle it says 3 daily

would they work faster if I chewed them

Why are you taking a diet pill? That pill has 'thermo' in the name, it is surely a 'thermogenic' product.
What is your diet like? How many calories a day are you eating, grams of protein, current bodyweight, etc? These questions are WAY more important than creatine or powders. If your diet is not in place, YOU WILL NOT GET THE RESULTS YOU'RE LOOKING FOR. Supplements cannot fix a sub par diet.

DO NOT use steroids. That's always a negative. Just try eating a lot of carbs while still toning your body. That's what I use to do to make weight quickly whenever it was needed. Just do everything naturally. Try eating egg yokes and bread, etc.

to build the muscles, protein is needed ... hormones/steroids are necessary to trigger the chemicals in the body to produce the muscle mass in response to weight lifting ...

hormones/steroids get you more muscle for the same amount of work you were doing before ...

therefore, if you're not taking a supplement, a higher level of protein is necessary ... carbs can give you energy, yes, but they aren't as conducive to building muscle mass as protein ...

I have heard good things about no-xplode, never been tempted to try it myself. Sticking with good ol' food.

how huge do you wanna be?
maybe it is just a impression that you are small, do not try to fool yourself , take a lot of bad supplements and after that regret it.
Try to do more sport, eat well sleep well, enjoy your life and that's it.
You can consult a general doctor if you really want something very specific.

you pay the extra money because you know you're getting quality supplements ... it's the same thing over here ... it's life, but it's worth it to be sure you're being safe and taking what you think you're taking ... and not something laced with a bunch of hidden stuff they don't tell you about ...

I agree with you.You get what you give.In fact my problem is little bit different. When i search for a gnc product like Amino3000 i see that the price is 3x higher in turkey and this is really very bad for a country like mine.We have an income of 4500-5000$ year.I think you can understand how hard to maintain quality products with little budget.

for sure, i can understand ...

i live on a student's budget ... i have bills to pay on minimum wage, which just ain't feasable ... i have cars to pay insurance and registration on, i've got food to buy, i've got gas to buy (*croaks*) ... i totally understand ...

but on the flipside of the coin, i do not completely understand why these products are necessary for the average joe ... unless you're trying to be a model, or a superstar, or a pro weightlifter or pro wrestler or something of the sort, what REAL, POSITIVE gains will taking the supplements get you in the long run ... besides less money in your wallet ...

from a girls standpoint, i like a guy who is fit and in shape ... i could care less if he is ripped and has 30 inch biceps or some outrageous size, or if he's just in shape and healthy ... in fact, i'd probably go more for the guy who's just an average guy ...

twenty years from taking the supplements, what good will it have done you???

i can't think of much gains it will have gotten most ...

I`m not addicted to those supplements but when you must work and at the same time care your body it is a very hard job to do.Supplements help me to keep my actual body shape.I dont want to be "huge" but average.Money always comes first thats the way it is.

if you have to take supplements while working out, then obviously it's not your NATURAL shape ... if you mind me asking, what difference would it honestly make in your everyday life if you quit taking the supplements and lost an inch or so of muscle??? would if have any TRUE impact???

i've dated guys skinnier than me, but who were honestly as muscular and toned as they could be without being obnoxious and obsessive ... and it made no difference ...

i guess my questions are more or less rhetorical, above ...

Very fast response there.First of all i never lost my muscles. As i said before i had to join the army and that made me away from exercises but even under this situation i had no loss on my muscles.%90 of my food is natural.

Secondly i do train for myself not for the girls. Its my lifestyle and i love it that way.

Note:My english is bad but i`m working on it :)
