I've made good gains but I haven't noticed my arm or anything getting bigger

So do you no any supplements that will help out more.

Is there a steriod that I don't gotta use a needle for????

LOL, there are oral steroid alternatives butttt I'm not going to recommend that of course. Trust me, you have plenty of years to let your body develop. Eat right, train hard, and sleep! Those are the 3 factors that you need to know. And if you really want to bulk up, I'd recommend increasing your protein and calorie intake. Maybe you should try looking into a weight gainer product.

I've personally have used no-xplode, and I think its a great product! Give's you a ton of energy and a pretty good pump. Although, it's not side-effect free. While working out, you may experience some dizziness. This dizziness effect probably comes from all the caffeine inside their product. Based from what I've experienced and also seen from other users, the dizziness effect is like the number 1 common side-effect you experience from NO-xplode.

And yes, a good whey protein supplement will also contribute to muscle growth. It won't make you gain 30lbs in the first month, but it does help to have a good protein supplement on hand. Any whey protein supplement will do. If you are going to buy some, I highly recommend you to not buy from gnc. They are expensive. Order online instead, it'll save you a good couple bucks.

And as for creatine....There's a ton of products out there. If you want a good no2/creatine product, you should look into getting a Green Bulge/White Blood stack. Great products from my experience. Here are a couple links where you can find them:

Stacking usually means to use several supplements in conjunction with each other all at the same time for a certain amount of time. The combination of multiple supplements into the same stack often produces a synergistic effect. In simple terms this means that each supplement in the stack magnifies or boosts the effectiveness of the others. Like no2 for example, it wouldn't be as strong and effective if it wasn't combined with a certain creatine product. Same goes for creatine if it was used alone. It's a mutual relationship, they both benefit from each other. Thats why I recommend the Green Bulge/White Blood stack.

I went out and got some thermo power rush pills and was wondering when I take them??

Could I take them like 10 mins before I start to lift or will it take longer

Do I gotta take them at the same time on the bottle it says 3 daily

would they work faster if I chewed them

Take them atleast 30-45 minutes before a workout. And for the dosage, I would probably take 1-2 pills before a workout just to experiment the first time. But if 1-2 pills aren't effective enough, bump it up to 3 as directed. And chewing or swallowing either way will be both effective. Although, I'm not sure if you'll be too fond of the taste.

I personally havent tried this product, but more than likely it does taste bad. lol

You would probably be better off just swallowing and waiting the 30-45 minutes to feel the effect.

took the pills, took my creatine almost an an hour ago. at 4:42 I'm gona go lift


I'd take them at school but If a teacher or someone tells a teacher I took pills at school I'd get expelled.
