I'm a wreslter and i'm always cutting weight trying to get smaller.

alot of the time i was just going without eating so my parents started me on a diet call the South Beach diet.

It's helped so much I don't ever feel week and I feel like I'm eating alot but the next morning when I weigh in I weigh less or the same. So if your looking for a good diet try this

South Beach diet

i respect wrestlers a heck of a lot ... i would not have the kind of self-control to lose weight or the patience to layer up and run laps to lose weight right before a weigh-in ... i wouldn't have the energy to wrestle with such little energy, i guess, from not eating ...

i can honestly say that i've never been on a diet, never ... when i'm hungry, i eat ... when i'm not hungry, i don't ... my refrigerator has always been open no matter what time of the day ... not only that but i love cooking WAY too much ... do i always eat healthy??? psh, no ... but, i have no reason to diet ... i guess A. i don't have to make weight and B. i exercise like the wind blows in montana (which is nearly constant) ...

you tell me how with only minimal exercise for a week over holiday break, i LOST five pounds ... and it wasn't muscle ... i don't have that much to begin with ...

i guess i'm pretty sick of diets ... every girl and their mother here is on some diet or another, yet they all are overweight or have high BMIs ... then there's me, who just spends too much time in the gym, on the courts, and running through the town ...

wrestling here's pretty big ... it's a small town ... our basketball teams have always sucked ... but the two things this town is gungho over is wrestling and football ...

i guess my point is, if a diet works for you, great ... but just so ya'll know, i hate diets and think they're pretty lame ... i understand eating healthy, but i don't consider that a diet ... it's the NORM how you SHOULD eat ... wrestling aside, if you can't manage your weight by exercising and eating sensibly, you're probably failing at one or the other or both ...

My aunt tried that and my mom told me to test it out myself. Not that I need it but I kept asking questions. She was going to order it from the QVC network for the both of us to try out but the price is ridiculous. It's like two hundred dollars or something just to get started. Congratz on finding the right diet for you though. It's hard to find one that doesn't leave you hungry and wanting more.
