Can I add variation to this recipe of cabbage diet? Can I use mayonnaise instead of tomato sauce? I think it will be so delicious. Is this still a cabbage diet with a mayo on it? Or if you add mayonnaise, this recipe will not be recommended for those on a diet?

I remember someone in my office who was on this diet and they smelt the office out on it - and not just the soup....

If you want a quick fix this is the diet for you :)

I can't even imagine how you'd mix those ingredients together to be something edible. This is a real diet? Definitely not one for me I guess.

I think it?s better to add hung curd/yogurt the mayonnaise or oil. If you want your salad to be more interesting you can buy fat free salad creams from market. But adding curd is the best thing :)

It is a real diet - and it is only a quick solution diet - once you come off of it you tend to put the weight back on
