I am addicted to Cucumber - I can't believe that I nibble on a whole cucumber during the day - my son hates it but I love it I can't believe it.

I couldn't eat it while I was pregnant - I think I am making up for it now :)

No problems eat as many cucumbers as you want. As cucumbers have very less calories and they are stomach filling as well. I usually eat cucumber salad to make it you need to grate cucumber and mix it with curd add little salt and pepper powder

I love cucumbers too. I like cucummer sandwich. Sometimes I make this as an appetizer. Good thing cucumbers have very low calories. Why are cucumbers not good for pregnant women?

you definitely get in your own groove ... for me, it's hard after the summer and early fall to go back to eating store produce after eating my own home-grown veggies for so long ...
