I hav most of the times heard that a proper diet plan is very necessary to have a strong body in terms of mentally and physically. So can you tell me what i should avoid? Plz you assist me with that.

Just a few advices from me

Stay away from fat rich foods.

Eat vegetables and fruits.

Eat your meals on time.

Sleep at least 8 hours in a day.
