Many people make resolutions regarding cutting down on their diet in order to shed some weight. But more often than not, it happens that the resolution to go on dieting falls through even before it takes off properly. Generally, the lack of will-power or lack of time makes your endeavor a damp squib. But what about those, whose dieting plans go overboard, even if they want to pursue them?

I find it almost impossible to stay on a strict diet. I think the biggest thing with diets are BE REALISTIC! Too many times we set way too lofty of goals for ourselves!
