What do you have ?? to make your night interesting with out having Salad again

Where would you go ?? what kind of meal would you have ??

soups and salads are always good appetizers ... they are relatively low in calories and fat, but usually high in nutrition ... not only that, but they take up a majority of your stomach space, so when you get to the main course, you're not tempted to eat more than the portions you need ...

seeing as soups are generally based with water or vegetables, that's a wonderful option ...

Cool - thanks - I may just try that - I love salads but sometimes they become very boring :( I think I am going to have to have a look around for a place that does different kinds of salads....

Looking at the way the food is prepared is always a good thing to do. That is to say, grilled chicken is certainly going to be healthier than fried chicken. Most fast food places offer a grilled chicken sandwich. It's normally not great on fat and calories....but it's often much better than most of the other things on the menu.

I prefer grilled chicken - I like it with a home made sauce - with tomatoes - and add some onions and peppers and something to add some spice to it :)

I got taken out today as I have been on my bum for weeks now - so got taken to a nice place - I had salad with grilled chicken and jacket potato it was lovely :) and fruit salad for desert - it was gorgeous :)

Sounds like you had a nice meal out - nice when you can go out and have something nice :)

ANd your meal sounded very healthy :) and your desert - you was very good :)

Add more amount of fiber rich food to your diet. This will keep your body healthy. And include low fat milk to your diet.
