I can't seem to download any of your fact sheets ?

Can you put them up in a format everyone can read ?? is this possible - you have put a lot up - but some of us can't read ?

The small tip of the Pyramid shows fats, oils, sugar and salt. On the next level of the Healthy Diet Pyramid are foods that come mostly from animals. The third level includes foods that come from plants. At the base of the pyramid are all foods from grains.

that was the old one ... there's the new form that was released last year based on age and some other limiting factors to determine what foods you should eat most of ...
