Losing weight can be easily achieved, but the difficult task comes with about maintaining that desired weight. There are times that temptations are so hard to resist, don't you think?

I certainly agree with you that while maintaining your desired weight, you are tempted to eat beyondcontrol. The only solution to this problem is to have a weight loss plan.

If you don't have a meal plan, you're likely to grab anything when hunger strikes and that will keep you from reaching your weight loss goals. If you know what to take with you when you walk out the door every day, you are much more likely to stick to your weight loss plan.

Also you must drink water in order to hydrate yourself each day and increasing water consumption will help you reach your weight loss goals

It's always hard to lose and maintain your weight at first but as time goes by it becomes more simple. Old habits die hard but eventually they do die. But it's always nice to treat yourself once in a while. Just don't get into the habit of it.

I find losing it to be harder. Comfort foods are always within reach and this just blows a diet out of the water.

They are many diet courses in market and most of them suggest you healthy ways to loose weight. Find out few of those diet plans and take reviews from people who already benefited from those plans, but remember that each body takes its own time to reduce in any type of plan . So please be patience and keep confidence in your dietician.

In my opinion losing weight is harder than to maintain it. If you want to lose weight, you'll have to change several aspects in your life. When you've got your perfect weight, you don't need to change anything. You'll only have to watch out that you won't assume an old habit. Moreover you have received your goal and you know how hard it was and you propably won't go through it again.

Yeah..nobody would like to be addressed as ?hey fattie? again. Maintaining desired weight is like the a game of snakes and ladders. However, be alert and shrewd and not slip while you are winning.

For me it took three months to reduce 8 kg but again my weight is increasing. According to me, most difficult thing is to maintain weight and diet.
