There is a gym that just opened in my town called the "10 minute" gym. They say that just 10 minutes a day there a few times a week will have you losing pounds a week. They say they put so much resistance in a stair stepper and bicycle, that 10 minutes is enough. Sounds like it may help a lot of people out with hectic schedules.

ehh, i'd be hesitant believing anyone say that only 10 minutes a day a few times of week is going to show much adequate process ... in order to become healthier and get in shape and lose weight, it takes a serious commitment of mind, body, and soul ... ten minutes whenever you feel like it is not going to get the job done, becuase more than likely, there are also dietary problems that coincide with being overweight and/or out of shape ... ten minutes is not even adequate for a general warm-up, let alone a full-fledged workout ... the only thing i could honestly see someone getting out of a ten minute workout are injuries up the wazoo for not properly warming up and trying to cram as much into ten minutes as possible ...

Didn't even think about that side of things, the injury part. They interviewed one guy who said he lost weight (This was on the news, not some lowsy commercial), about 60 pounds in 3 months. But your right, I'm sure they get a bunch of injuries for each few success stories.

there are some people who i've seen lift in the worst of ways and workout in the worst of plans, yet they never get an injury ... and on the other hand, there are people like me who do as much as i can with as much of an accurate technique as i can, and i still get injuries when others would never ... i wouldn't take that risk ... i'd give myself at LEAST a good half hour to do any sort of workout ... a good five to ten minute warmup ... ten plus minutes of actually WORKING OUT ... and five to ten minutes to cooldown and stretch ... for anybody, that seems to produce the best workout and keep the risk of injuries as low as possible, all things considered ... warmups and cooldowns are crucial to any workout ...

It is a very basic marketing technique.Do not believe them. They dont care if you hurt or injure yourself. They only look for the money. For allie it is about luck and genetics. If you are lucky you even use the worst technique at bench-press and nothing goes wrong.I use all the valid ways but i hurt myself.Thats a really annoying thing to accept.
