Drinking several glasses of water can also make you feel full, and as a consequence you will not feel hungry. If you can drink some water 15 minutes to half-an-hour before a meal, you will feel that your stomach is full and your appetite will be automatically reduced.

Also, drinking couple of glasses of water early the morning, very slowly, is a terrific way of literally washing your inside out. The throat, the oesophagus, the stomach, the intestines, the kidneys your whole system as a matter of fact, gets cleansed of toxins.

Great post Neli! Now that I have started working out, I have cut back on "soda" and drank ALOT of water. I am always thirsty for more it seems, but the water keeps me more ambitious to workout, and actually puts me in a better mood! Water is GREAT CHOICE!
