i rarely have any sugar anyways ... and salt is only what comes in the foods i eat already ... no added salt, and most of the stuff is natural, not processed and packaged ... i've been drinking a water trough's full of water nearly every day ... i feel like i could drown ... haha ... but don't worry, it's not TOO much ... i don't intend to get WATER poisoning ... how odd there is such a thing ...

well, i've still got a 1/2 inch to go ... it stinks when you don't have a lot to lose, but then end up having to ... GRR ... i spent an hour on the treadmill today (i wasn't going to run outside when the winds were gusting up to 75 miles per hour) ... and then i taught western dance for two hours ... i'll run on the treadmill tomorrow morning and eat solid foods ... and hope to heck that i can shimmy into my dress on saturday ...
