basically, the subject says it all ... i have two weeks before prom, but i am hecticly busy, so three hours in the gym isn't feasible ... my workout times have slipped due to time commitments ... it's not that i'm unhealthy or overweight, but i bought my dress long ago when i was at my skinniest ... and i've gained a couple inches back, but i need to lose at least one good solid inch around my middle ... any food or exercise suggestions would be much appreciated ...

i've never heard of a mud technique ... that sounds interesting ...

but yeh, they have a prom queen and king, but it's not as big for us as Homecoming is ... you usually get the really trashy people in prom court ... but the nice, actually cool, people are in the Homecoming royalty ...

I would love that treatment - it would be so relaxing as well ...

But Allie maybe you can do this on your mudding trip and then stick yourself in a suna - it is the same kind of thing ;) LOL

haha ... not a bad idea ... 'cept the whole goal is to get the outside of the truck muddy, not the inside completely ... OR ... we could just put a bunch in a bucket ... and then i can slather up in it later ...

still a little skeptical as to how mud drying on you can melt inches ... wouldn't it just suck the water out of you???

This is what it says

Treat your face while you treat your body with Dead Sea Mud. Dead Sea Mud is excellent for use as a facial and body mask because it promotes circulation by increasing the supply of oxygen to and removing the toxins from the skin, thus toning and firming up skin tissues. You may also use the Body Mud Powder as a Contouring Body Wrap Solution by add three cups of this dried clay to one gallon of water and soak your wraps at 215 degrees for 10 minutes prior to beginning the body wrap.

Dead Sea Mud is famous for giving the skin a glowing and youthful look. This luxurious mud glides in in a velvety layer. As it dries, it cleanses, exfoliates, draws out toxins, hydrates and improves the flow of nutrients to the skin's surface. Dead Sea Mud is a rare blend of minerals and natural salts. It contains calcium to balance, iron to strengthens and sulfates to beauty the skin. Dead Sea Mud gives your skin a healthy, youthful appearance. Available in two versions - one for face and the other for body. The dried Dead Sea Clay is for body masks and to add to spa body wrap heat tank preparations only. A Dead Sea mud mask can be made very simply by mixing dried Dead Sea clay and enough water or other wetting agent to make a thick paste. For Dead Sea Mud facials, use the ready-to-use Dead Sea Facial Mask for Instant Dead Sea Facial masks. Indulge in Dead Sea Mud treatments once a week for best results. For oily or combination skin, use Dead Sea Mud twice per week.

Glad you have the money to do it :) I haven't got any at the moment, maybe I will just roll about in the mud at the end of the garden and go and sit in the bathroom with the hot water running :)

If you can strictly cut on your sugar and salt intake till prom. You can defiantly loose an inch around your waist but this would only be temporary :)
