That sounds good but how much do you have to eat in order to use weight. Do you have to be on a diet along with the hot chilis.

It maybe helps you to burn fat without doing nothing at all but do you know that hot chilli have been linked with stomach cancers? You must be very careful with them.

I've never heard of anything like this, but it sounds like it might be legitimate, also it would be cool to have fat cells blowing up in my stomach
