Glass of l;emon water really heps? i have been trying this from a long time but no use, have anybody tried it before . please assist me with that . thanks in advance

i do not think that it works, i do not see any reason for it to work.
ow long have you been trying this method?
also maybe it should be corroborated with something else.

you cant see the adverse changes very soon. but lemon water are the best ever i have found. dont u feel light when you drink lemon water..?? i love lemon water and i believe that this is best drink.
