I thought speaking about success would be a good way to encourage everyone who wants to lose weight.

So i'll make the beginning. I lost 55lb through sport and eating less. There are still 11lb i want to lose. You see i am not done yet. But the most important thing is done : i started to life healthier and got first results.

Well, in this case gaining weight is a success and positive progression, too. When you say you feel better in shape now, it was surely the right option for you.

honestly, i did not make dietary changes at all ... i still had cheetos and a sunkist on occasion, i indulged in bagels with lots of cream cheese, and drank sugary coffee every now and again ...

to begin with, i was in cross country as well as spent an hour in the weight room ... so i spent nearly 3 hours working out each day ... the past five months have solely been in the weight room, an hour each day ... there's a post that outlines my workout session that i've stuck to pretty religiously ...

2 years ag i was in a diet and lost about 20-22 kgs. After this loss i`ve joined the army.1 year later i got 10kgs back.I was really very disappointed. Now i got the all the weight back at the same time i have gained lots of muscle mass.Is that good or not?

Note:I`m out of the army now.Every man who comes to age of 20 joins army in my country. It takes 1.5 year.
