weight Watchers

Not sure if this has been done

This is how I have lost my weight and I am so pleased I joined them me and my boyfriend both joined - we were shy about going in at first as you would be but byt the time you get in there you realise every one is in the same boat. I have lost 3 stone through them and he has lost 2 and a half - but then I have had a lot more to lose than him

but we are both feeling better for it - he has been going to the gym and building on the body of his dreams - and he looks so much better even though I still love him the way he was - but we also decided to get married next year in Greece so need to look stunning for that

But i recommend weight watchers

I did Weight watchers before my 1st son - and lost 5 stone - but then I joined up again and lost nothing

couldn't believe it

But may try again as this is another child down the line

it is well worth it - I am feeling better than I have done in years

I will be joining up again when I go back to work as I can't spend at the moment - on stuff that I can't really justify for

so I am going to wait

try on my own for a while.

Sorry for my ignorance about this. What are these weight watchers? Can you give me information about this? My cousin is on a diet and she needs help in her wieght loss. This might help her.

Weightwatchers are a slimming club and they are all over the world - they have helped so many people - google them

You pay them weekly for a weigh in and a weekly chat

I have never had the guts to go to one - I have always got to the door and walked away. Bad I know, but I haven't had the courage to walk in the door yet

You should it is a good place but remember it isn't for every one

which is a shame - It worked for me first time around but didn't this time around - but if it hadn't of worked I wouldn't had the courage to give up this time

I go - but haven't been able to go - I haven't been in 6 weeks since the cast went on I am sure I have put on

as my new jeans were a little tight and I could do them up before the accident - as they were the next size down

So I will have to start again

I know - I just haven't got the courage to go in yet, I think I will try and lose weight one my own, I am doing ok with it so far but we will see
